Order the following items by 12/5 for delivery before Christmas
Due to a high volume of holiday orders, please allow extra time for production.
Our current estimated turnaround times for new orders to ship are as follows:
Framed Photos & Collages - 8 to 10 days
Custom Frames (framing at home) - 8 to 10 days
Framed Artwork and Vinyl Records - 1 to 2 weeks
Physical Gift Cards - 2 to 3 days
The following specialty items may not ship until after Christmas:
Custom Frames (Sending art to us) - 2 to 3 weeks after items have been received
Frames larger than 40"
Frames with a Sandwich or Elevated Float (ETA January)
Memo Boards (ETA January)
🚚 Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking info and can expect another 1 to 5 days of transit time in the continental U.S. (depending on your address).
Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada can take up to two weeks in transit.
Note that due to the influx of holiday orders, we are unable to accommodate any rush requests. Frames are packaged to ensure safe delivery and will ship from our New York facility via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We are only able to ship frames directly to a PO box if they are small to medium in size.

This page provides an update on production and shipping status, please contact us if you need a more exact ETA or have a specific deadline.
Holiday Lead Times
Note that during November, December and January, lead times may increase by several days. For any major gifting holidays like Mother's Day or Christmas, we will list an "order by" date for arrival before the holiday.
