If you unpack an order and notice any damage, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can provide a fix or ship a replacement. It's a great help if you can send a photo of the damaged item as well as the packaging in which it arrived so that we can figure out the best solution.
And if you have a question or are unsatisfied for a different reason, just let us know within 60 days. If we can't solve the issue, we will provide a refund and in certain cases even send a return label you can use to send everything back. Or if you prefer, we can issue credits for placing a new order at your convenience.
