We Stand by Our Work.

It means the world to us when you trust us to frame your most important photos and artwork. These are moments from your wedding, your first concert poster, images from a life-changing trip, or an art print that brings great joy. Framing these items should be simple, convenient, and even fun, not just an item on your to-do list. That's why we are proud to offer our 100% happiness guarantee on orders we ship so that you can try online custom framing with confidence:

If your frame shows up with any defects or you’re not completely satisfied, let us know so that we can attempt to make it right.

We promise to be easy to reach via email, live chat, or phone. You'll always get a response from us within a few business days, and usually much faster.

The best way to report anything unsatisfactory on an order is to use the following form:

If you do unpack an order and notice anything damaged or missing, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can provide a fix or ship a replacement. The form will ask you to provide a photo of the damaged item so that we can see what happened and figure out the best solution; the photos are important for quality control purposes and if we need to submit a claim to UPS or FedEx.

When you select In Studio framing, we assess the condition of any items you send us upon unpacking them. If any damage or loss has occurred during transit or unpacking, we will replace the item or reimburse you, up to a limit of $300 per order.

Finally, if you have a question or are unsatisfied for a different reason, just let us know within 60 days so that we can work together on a solution. Our goal is to make you completely happy on your first framing project with us and many more to come. Let's make your walls look amazing!
