Order the following items by December 8th for arrival before the 25th:

Due to holiday demand, the following specialty items may not ship until after Christmas:

  • In-Studio Custom Frames (sending art to us)

  • Frames with a Sandwich or Elevated Float

  • Frames larger than 40"

  • Select Framed Artwork and Vinyl Records (depending on availability)

🚚 Our Quick Ship framed photo as well as our gift cards ship within 2 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking info and can expect another 1 to 5 days of transit time in the continental U.S. (depending on your address).

Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada can take up to two weeks in transit.

Note that due to the influx of holiday orders, we are unable to accommodate any rush requests. Frames are packaged to ensure safe delivery and will ship from our New York or Oregon framing facilities via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We are only able to ship frames directly to a PO box if they are small to medium in size.

Non-Holiday Production Times

You can expect the following turnaround times for new orders to ship:

  • Quick Ship Framed Photo - 1 to 2 business days

  • Framed Photos & Collages - 3 to 7 days

  • Custom Frames (framing at home) - 3 to 7 days

  • Custom Frames (sending art to us) - 1 to 2 weeks after items have been received

  • Framed Artwork and Vinyl Records - 1 to 2 weeks

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking info and can expect another 1 to 5 days of transit time in the U.S. (depending on your address). Orders to Canada are currently taking 7 to 14 days to arrive.

Please let us know in the Special Instructions field at checkout if you have a specific deadline -- we’ll try our best to accommodate or let you know if we will miss it.

Holiday Lead Times

Note that during November, December and January, lead times may increase by several days. For any major gifting holidays like Mother's Day or Christmas, we will list an "order by" date for arrival before the holiday.
