When your image is too small or won't upload

Images need to have a resolution of at least 100ppi (pixels per inch) for quality printing. The higher the resolution of the image the better the print results.

When your image file is below 100ppi, you will receive the following error message:

You can try again by uploading a different, higher-resolution image, or contact us for help.


PDF files are currently not supported by our image uploader. Please submit files in a JPG, TIFF, or PNG format. If the wrong file format is submitted you will receive the following error message:


Sometimes the image uploader can timeout. In these instances, you will receive the following error message:
